Managed IT Services
We offer two subscriptions* for your overall needs
Standard Managed IT Services
Standard managed services are billed at a flat rate of $85 per user, per month. This includes unlimited on-site and remote support, unlimited monitoring and patching of systems, network administration, asset inventory, and lifecycle, endpoint antivirus monitoring, a disaster management consultation, monthly reporting, and monthly emails to users regarding IT best practices.
Other services such as security consulting, security documentation, security awareness training, will be billed hourly (in tenths) at $85 per hour.
Enhanced Managed IT Services
Enhanced managed services are billed at a flat rate of $165 per user, per month. This includes: all aspects and features of the Standard Services, fully managed antivirus provided by EZ IT Solutions, security consulting and management, security documentation, security awareness training as needed by the client, and (with the purchase of a disaster recovery hardware) a fully managed disaster recovery system.
*Please note: all other services (unless specifically outlined) such as Data Recovery, are billed separately, and are not covered under a subscription.
Data Recovery
Life happens, but it doesn't have to be the end of the world
Deleted Data
Oftentimes when data is deleted, it goes to what is known as a "recycle bin" so that it can be recovered later. However, sometimes this data can become corrupted and made unavailable. If this becomes the case, EZ IT can help you to recover your data. While results are not guaranteed, you can have the peace of mind knowing that EZ IT has the knowledge and skills to recover the majority of lost data.
Failed or Damaged Hard Drives
Physical hard drives can and do fail. When this happens, you may fear that your data is gone forever. This is not always the case, and oftentimes this data can be recovered.
